I did not do well last week. I think heavy use of air conditioning at work triggered it. Also, I was watching hours of youtube videos on my phone (via ethernet connection). I went to bed kind of late. Also I was under the weather. I had more beer than normal. That week, I probably had 1-2 beer 2, 3 times a week. All contributed to make my condition worse.
The good news is I did not really get sick because I am taking a lot of supplement. I had sore throat when I woke up for several days but I did not really get sick sick.
